Mr. Passebon holds a diploma in Agro-Engineering which he received in 1975 in France. He completed the Master’s in Project Management at the University du Québec. He is a senior executive and engineer with over 35 years of experience in construction, management, and leadership of projects and agencies at the international level. His extensive and varied experience encompasses infrastructure, industry, environment, services, and logistics.
Michel has worked on long-term assignments in a dozen countries, giving him vast international experience, fueling his keen knowledge of people and culture. Michel was lead project manager in the development, implementation, and operation of a large-scale stevia farming and sweeteners extraction venture with offices in France and farm operations in Angola and Rwanda.
Marc Bernier
Advisory Software Development & Contract Management
Mr. Bernier has 30+ years of experience in project development, project implementation, and software development. He has been the lead advisor to several sovereign entities to negotiate and obtain Moody’s and Fitch credit ratings, bond issuance for sovereign infrastructure projects, the creation of Special Purpose Entities (SPE) to fund and operate sovereign-owned infrastructure companies, and multiple software solutions development.
Over time, Marc acquired wide-ranging experience in the development, funding, and operation of private, public, and sovereign large-scale projects in emerging markets.
Pierre Renard
Electronics & Technologies
Mr. Renard holds an MBA from Queens University (CA), an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Coventry University (UK), and an Electronics Engineering degree from France. He brings hands-on international experience from managing large operations for Motorola and Perkin Elmer in semiconductor, and life science as well as experience gained as a consultant for Biomet and Alcoa, providing restructuring, and project management services in multi-billion dollars investment projects.
Pierre has participated in tech start-ups and lead P&L for IT companies. His leadership, multi-skills, and pragmatism have helped build process factories in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. He is recognized for his capacity to organize and deploy operations, design, conceptualize, quantify models, and communicate plans with all stakeholders.
Pierre Demers
Civil Engineering and Construction
Mr Demers, a civil engineer with over 45 years of experience in the construction field, has worked on major construction projects in Canada and Africa. He has also worked as a general contractor and consultant for over 20 years, working with permanent offices in Morocco and Algeria for various steel buildings. Independent.
Pierre has excellent teamwork and communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for the safety of employees and subcontractors. He has also been responsible for the control (Estimation, planning and costs) of several projects. He still have the complete construction contractor licence in Canada.
Frederic Treizenem

Mr. Treizenem holds a diploma in Political Science obtained in France and a master’s in History from the University of Paris. He is an experienced senior team and sales manager who has worked for L’Oréal, Unilever, Johnson, and Best Foods among others.
Frederic has years of experience managing sales teams comprised of multiple regional managers, salesman, sales support staff generating revenues in excess of 100 million euros. Additionally, he has provided consultancy services in regard to business management, corporate organization, and control method implementation.
Christophe Janicot
Laboratories & Bio-Medical
Mr. Janicot obtained his Bio-medical Engineer Diploma in France in 1983. He is a recognized medical and laboratory electronics and informatics expert. His experience includes executive positions at large cosmetics, food products, and pharmaceutical laboratories where he managed lab workforces ranging between 20 to over 100 employees.
Christophe has designed vegetal extraction protocols and equipment; overseen ISO 9001 implementations; implemented large-scale Computer Assisted Production Management systems; organized cooperation agreements between European and international universities; worked on production automatization projects; designed and implemented large-scale quality control and equipment maintenance programs.
Francois Duhamel
Sterile & Pharma Production
Dr. François Duhamel has dual training as a chemical engineer, and a pharmacist, as well as advanced studies (DEA) in process engineering diploma. He began his career at the Merck Sharp & Dohme Laboratory in 1995. Where for 12 years, he held different managing positions in products conditioning operations, production of sterile pharmaceutical specialized products, as well as participated in manufacturing process conception in a number of industrial projects.
Francois then joined the THEA laboratory, where he worked for 7 years during which he carried out many projects related to the production of sterile specialty products, for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical devices industries. Francois carried out the complete design of a sterile production workshop for the Delpharm laboratory for the production of a generic replacement for cosoptim with a preservative’s free formulation.
Francois also holds a patent (PCT) for a specialty medical product in the dental industry, the product launch is currently underway.
Kristof Lingier
Logistics & Supply Chains
Mr. Lingier studied at the Maritime Academy in Antwerp, Belgium, and has 20+ years of experience in ocean transportation, port operations, logistics, and supply chain management. He has gained his experience in major ports in Belgium, the USA, and the Caribbean. Kristof was also a key stakeholder representative for the Nassau, Bahamas Port Redevelopment/Relocation. He also worked closely with the administrations of Free Trade Zone Ports in multiple countries.
Kristof has also worked as a Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant and Project Manager, helping businesses get the most out of their supply chain dollars, that operate in small island nations, that rely heavily, if not solely, on imports. During his last assignment in Seychelles, he managed logistics for a group of companies having operations in wholesale/distribution, refrigeration, hardware, and participated in the establishment of a hydroponic farm. Throughout his many years in the field, Kristof has gained access to a vast network of key supply chain & logistics providers, worldwide.
Mark Posselt
Mechanical Design & Engineering
Mr. Posselt obtained his mechanical engineer diploma in London. He has over 40 years of experience in engineering design working on a number of projects in a wide range of industrial fields for a wide range of renowned international clients. Mark has occupied senior design roles on several ‘greenfield’ and ‘brownfield’ development projects in multiple fields including minerals, metals, water treatment, and precision machinery industries.
Mark has extensive mechanical design experience, with over 25 years in project design enterprises occupying management / senior designer roles. He has international working experience in the UK, Australia, Malaysia, and Mongolia, and considerable experience in the development of standards and design guidelines for design enterprises, including key experience in multi-discipline design company management, administration and supervision, and performing estimating, planning, scheduling and reporting activities.
Claude Vezeau
Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Industry
Dr. Vezeau obtained his Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D) in Canada. He is an experienced leader and entrepreneur with a breadth of experience in academia, life sciences, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries including the start-up and financing of several biotechnology companies over the course of his 35+ years career.
After working in several executive positions in the large pharmaceutical industry, Claude became a partner in BioCapital, a successful investment fund in biotechnology. He then joined BioChem Pharma to lead the BioChem Vaccines division. He was the founder of Innodia and the CEO of Intellivax, ProScan, and Katana Biopharma. Claude currently serves as a consultant for several biotechnologies and medical device companies and investment funds.
Dr. Frank Drogoul

Dr. Drogoul, Ph.D. in Psychiatry, is a Doctor in Medicine and an accomplished Psychiatrist who has published over 30 scholarly articles in peer review magazines as well as published books on psychiatry.
Frank resides in France, where he is a clinical practitioner in psychiatry and a Professor, of more than 20 years, at the Paris Diderot University. He is the publication director of Institutions, a reputed institutional psychotherapy magazine, and has participated in multiple research projects over the years, including participation in research and committees focused on the development of pharmaceutical products based on naturally occurring ingredients.

With over 30 years of international experience, Mrs. Harnois has developed extensive expertise in multiple areas, including internal audit, internal controls, risk management, investigations, compliance, and advisory services. More recently she worked in the mining industry sector.
Mirelle holds the CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) certification. She has been actively involved in the international audit community where she brought her professional experience to emerging countries around the world. His dedication to the internal audit profession has earned him a long-standing role on various Boards of Directors. In 2012, she was elected President of the Union Francophone de l'Audit Interne (UFAI) and received an award from UFAI for her involvement in the promotion and international development of internal audit. In 2016 she completed two terms in this function.
